How are your products made?
We partner with various on-demand order fulfillment providers with facilities worldwide. This ensures that each product you order is uniquely crafted only upon your request. Consequently, we cannot support returns or exchanges if you mistakenly choose the wrong size, color, or change your mind post-purchase.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, and if your chosen shipping method includes tracking, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Should you require additional details about your order's status or shipment, kindly contact us at support@wondercases.com.
Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order, it's essential to inspect the products. Should you find any items damaged, defective, or not matching your order, please inform us immediately so we can address and correct the issue.
Return of Faulty Items
Should you encounter a damaged product or a manufacturing fault, we are committed to providing a free replacement or a refund. Make sure to reach out within 14 days of receiving the product. For eligibility, the item must remain in its pristine condition: unworn, unused, retaining all original tags, and housed in its initial packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also mandatory.
To begin the return journey, drop us an email at support@wondercases.com. If your return receives a green signal, we'll furnish you with a return shipping label alongside specific return instructions. Remember, any unsolicited returns, i.e., those sent without prior notification, will not be entertained.
For your returns, please use the address labeled on your package.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following categories of products are non-returnable:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants.
- Customised or tailored items.
- Personal care items, e.g., beauty products.
- Items categorized under hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Please note, sale items and gift cards are also exempt from returns. If you're navigating murky waters about a specific item, we're here to clarify; just drop us a message.
Exchanges
To ensure you get your hands on the desired item, please send back the product you initially received. Once we successfully process and approve the return, you're free to order the replacement.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
For patrons receiving shipments within the European Union, you're endowed with the right to annul or return your purchase within a 14-day window, sans any rationale. Ensure the item remains untouched, with tags intact, and cocooned in its original packaging. A proof of purchase or receipt should accompany the return.
Refunds
Post the return of your items and subsequent scrutiny, we'll update you regarding your refund's approval status. Once greenlit, expect the refund to reflect in your original payment method within 10 business days. A gentle reminder, your bank or credit card company might take additional time to process and post the refund.
