How Are Your Products Made?

All WonderCases products are made to order and produced specifically for you once your purchase is completed. Because each item is created individually, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect size selection, or design preference changes.

Please double-check your device model, size, and design before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information (if available with your selected shipping method). If you need additional information regarding your shipment, please contact us at support@wondercases.com.

Damages & Issues

We carefully inspect our products before shipment. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Manufacturer Defects & Damaged Items

If your product has a verified manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, we will provide a free replacement or a refund (where appropriate).

To request assistance, please email support@wondercases.com and include your order number, clear photos of the product, and photos of the packaging (if applicable).

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear, or incorrect model selection are not eligible.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
