ORDERS
We start processing orders quickly to get them out fast. If you need to change or cancel your order, email us as soon as possible at support@wondercases.com. If your order hasn’t entered production or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help.
If you notice an address issue, email us immediately at support@wondercases.com with your order number and the correct shipping address. If the order is still processing, we may be able to update it. Once the order has entered production or shipped, we can’t guarantee changes.
If an order is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address, it may be delivered to that address or returned to the carrier. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately at support@wondercases.com with your order number and the correct address. We’ll do our best to help if it hasn’t entered production or shipped yet.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after checkout. When your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link. If you created an account, you can also view your order status in your account dashboard. If you need help, email support@wondercases.com with your order number.
First, check your spam/junk folder and search for “WonderCases”. Also double-check that the email address you entered at checkout is correct. If you still can’t find it, email support@wondercases.com with your full name and (if possible) your billing ZIP code, and we’ll help locate your order.
If your order is still processing, we may be able to help. Email: support@wondercases.com as soon as possible with your order number and the exact change you need. Once the order has entered production or shipped, changes aren’t possible.
Yes. When available, you can enter your discount code at checkout in the “Discount code” field. Only one code may apply per order unless stated otherwise. For new launches and occasional promo codes, keep an eye on our social channels.
Shipping & Tracking
No. We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping rates are shown at checkout. We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $50.
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days before they ship.
Delivery times vary by location and carrier, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link. You can use it anytime to follow your shipment’s progress. If you can’t find it, email support@wondercases.com and we’ll help.
Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after you receive your shipping email, especially during carrier peak times. If it hasn’t updated after 48 hours, email support@wondercases.com with your order number and we’ll look into it.
First, check around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, front desk), and ask household members or neighbors if they accepted it. Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered a bit early, so it may arrive within 24 hours. If you still can’t find it after 24 hours, email support@wondercases.com and we’ll help you take the next steps.
If your package is taking longer than expected, please allow a little extra time for carrier delays. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, email support@wondercases.com with your order number and tracking link—we’ll investigate with the carrier and help resolve it.
Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Apple Pay / Google Pay (availability may vary by device and browser).
Yes. Our checkout is secured and encrypted, and we don’t store your full payment card details. Payments are processed through trusted payment providers to keep your information protected.
Your card is charged at checkout, when your order is placed and confirmed.
Payment declines are usually caused by your bank or card issuer. Double-check that your card details and billing address match, and make sure your card has sufficient funds. If it still doesn’t go through, try another payment method or contact your bank. If you need help, email support@wondercases.com
Sales tax may apply depending on your shipping address and current tax requirements. If tax is applicable, it will be calculated automatically and shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Product & Compatibility
Please double-check your phone model before ordering. On each product page, use the model selector to choose your exact device (for example, iPhone 15 vs iPhone 15 Pro). If you’re unsure, email support@wondercases.com and we’ll help you pick the correct option.
Yes. Our cases are made to fit the specific model you select on the product page. Please make sure you choose the exact device version, since even small differences (like Pro / Pro Max models) affect fit and camera cutouts.
Yes. We offer MagSafe-compatible cases. Make sure you select the MagSafe option on the product page (if available for that design/model).
Yes. Our cases are designed to work with wireless charging. For the best experience, make sure your charger is properly aligned, and consider a MagSafe-compatible option for the most secure connection.
Yes. Our cases are designed to work with screen protectors. For best results, use a screen protector made for your exact phone model. If you run into any fit issues, email support@wondercases.com and we’ll help.

Our prints are made for everyday use, but like any accessory, normal wear can happen over time, especially with frequent friction (keys, rough surfaces) or harsh cleaning products. To keep your case looking new, avoid abrasive contact and clean it gently as recommended. If you have any concerns, email support@wondercases.com.
Returns & Exchanges
All WonderCases products are made to order specifically for you once your purchase is completed. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Since each item is produced individually, returned products cannot be restocked.
Please make sure to double-check your selected device model, size, and design before placing your order.
We only offer replacements in cases where an item arrives:
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect due to our error
We do not offer exchanges for incorrect model selection, sizing errors, or design preference changes.
– A manufacturer’s defect may include:
– Print defects or misalignment
– Structural or material faults
– Incorrect item shipped
– Damage that occurred before delivery
Normal wear, accidental damage, or ordering the wrong model does not qualify.
Please contact support@wondercases.com within 14 days of delivery and include:
– Your order number
– Clear photos of the product
– Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed promptly. Funds typically appear on your original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
